Our Attorneys

Autumn Lindquist is a founding member and shareholder at Nelson and Lindquist, S.C. handling all of the Family and Municipal law in the office. She lives here in the St. Croix Valley with her husband Robby and three big dogs. Their free time is spent traveling to see their family, playing fetch in the yard, hiking through the parks or curled up on the couch reading books. Autumn enjoys being outdoors almost any time of year, camping, fishing, hiking or just lounging at the beach. As your legal counsel, she believes that it is her job to navigate you through the legal process, while you focus on working through the emotional process. With the two of you collaborating in this fashion, you can get through the process with the least amount of trauma as possible.

Andrew (Drew) Nelson is a founding attorney and shareholder at Nelson & Lindquist, S.C. handling all of the civil litigation, construction, real estate and contract disputes, along with estate planning that comes through the door. Drew and his wife Joy Nelson have 5 kids they are raising right here in the Hudson community. They have 2 older children attending Hudson High School and three younger ones at St. Patrick School in Hudson. Drew stays busy as Scoutmaster for Troop 148 in Hudson and is a proud member of Knights of Columbus Council 1762, currently serving as the Council’s advocate. Drew also helps coach baseball for St. Pats and has volunteered coaching for the Hudson Booster program as well. Having served 8 years in the Army Reserves, he especially enjoys working with our Veterans. He has a strong desire to be your family’s attorney, the one you turn to as your family grows. As your attorney, he firmly believes in working in collaboration with his clients to realize their goals. When not working or volunteering, you can find Drew camping, hunting or out on the lake fishing and ice-fishing with friends and family.

Jeremiah Harrelson is new to Nelson & Lindquist, S.C., but he has been defending people accused of crimes in the St. Croix valley for more than a decade. He and his wife, Tony, have six children between them–aged 11 to 24–and enjoy a very busy household. Several mornings a week, if you wake up early enough, you can find Jeremiah at a local dojo doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In his free time, when he is not sparring on the mat, or enjoying a good sci-fi show with his kids, he is most likely in the basement playing the drums. Put him behind a drum set, and he’ll be happy for hours! If you ask Jeremiah when he first heard the call to criminal defense, he will say it happened when he was studying theology at the University of Oxford. He is a criminal defense attorney out of deep theological conviction: everyone needs grace, and everyone deserves a rockstar-ninja-philosopher-defender.
